Products covered: All our furniture and accessories If you’re not happy with your product, please raise a return/replacement request within 48hrs of receiving it, and we’ll have it picked up and replaced or refunded

Manufacturing Warrantee
Period: 1 year
Products covered: Single Slab Teak Wash Basins and Consoles
On some products like the Wash Basins and the Consoles, we have a manufacturing warrantee that lasts for 1 year. In case there is any defect / issue with the product, please bring it to our notice, and we will take the necessary action to fix / replace parts / whole as the case may be.

Accidental Damages
Period: 2 years
Products covered: Side Tables and Accessories are subject to wear and tear! And while ours are exceptionally sturdy, sometimes there can be accidental damages. If you can arrange these to be shipped to us, we’re happy to repair your toy at very nominal costs.
