We ship PAN-India, however certain pin codes may not be serviceable with our delivery partners so please check in with us once!
No one likes paying extra shipping, so our product prices visible on the website are inclusive of taxes and shipping.
Like they say, all good things are worth the wait. To give the best possible price to our customers, we don’t maintain inventory – we manufacture everything to order. Once we receive your order, we start the manufacturing process and since the best quality can’t be rushed, we take 2 weeks to dispatch your order. We promise you, the wait is worth it!
Delivery timelines differ based on the destination and are the prerogative of the shipping companies. Usually, the time taken is 7 days at the most. Delivery timelines are subject to government directives and emergency protocols for the current year.
Furniture isn’t easy to ship, so we’ve tied up with multiple shipping companies to safely deliver your order to your doorstep. In case you face any issues with your delivery, please write to us at sales@zenhauz.com and we’ll try to mitigate the situation to the best of our capabilities. But please know, we have next to no control over the shipping company’s policy or personnel behaviour.
What you see is what you pay! There are no extra taxes or hidden cost. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes and shipping. Our prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable.
ZenHauzCo. uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
Our artisans have been doing this for years, so please be assured we use the best possible raw materials and manufacture using the best machinery and tools. We take utmost care to send you something you love!

We don’t currently have an express delivery option but we know there are special cases where one could want an early delivery. Please get in touch with us if you have such a requirement, and we’ll see what we can do!
Once dispatched, it is practically impossible for us to change the delivery address for your order. Please get in touch with us before dispatch in case there is any change in the delivery address.
Kindly thoroughly inspect your order once received to ensure there are no damages to the packaging while in transit. We take the utmost care and pack our orders bubblewrap and 5layer box packaging which is able to withstand most damages. However, we’re unable to guarantee what happens in between dispatch from our factory and delivery to your doorstep. In case your product has incurred any damage, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you’re sending the product back to us due to some damage, we ask that you retain all the original packaging including the padding materials, L-corners etc. Outside of the 48 hours or otherwise, if you’re unable to pack the product in its original packaging, then it will be subject to additional charges levied on you.
Please report all damages within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth replacement. Yes, we will replace all damaged products after you share all required images and videos of the damage as well as the packaging. Shoot us an email at sales@zenhauz.com in case of any damages.
